Refund policy

Returns 

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you change your mind we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept any returns that have been altered by you, IE cut into or washed. We do not offer refunds for original postage costs or return postage.

Damaged / Faulty items 

Should there be fault with your item, please contact us within 14 days to discuss this. Please provide us with your order number and any photographs. If the item is deemed faulty, we will do our best to offer an exchange (subject to stock). If this is not possible, a refund will be arranged. Please note, in order to arrange a replacement or a refund, you will need to return the faulty item back to us first. Once we receive the faulty item, we will then process the exchange/refund accordingly. If you have any questions relating to this, please contact us at hello@thefabriccellar.co.uk.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items cannot be returned if they have been altered by you. IE if they have been cut or washed. Please note, sale items are also non-returnable.
