Shipping policy
UK Delivery
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order confirmation, please check these details and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect. We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days.
We send the majority of our parcels via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£3.60). Once your order has been despatched you will be able to track it via the chosen courier method, the Royal Mail tracked 48 service aims to deliver with 2-3 working days.
EU
We are now GPSR compliant and can resume shipping to the EU. Shipping prices start at £18. There may be a surcharge to shipping costs for parcels over 3kg. We will always contact you first to confirm any additional shipping fees. Please see important information below regarding import duties. As the importer, these are your responsibilty. All orders will be sent via a tracked service.
USA
USA - £30. Relevant duties / taxes will will be calculated at checkout and will be charged to you meaning your parcel will be delivered duties paid. This means you should not have any additional duties or taxes to pay upon entry to your country. Please note that a surcharge may be applied for orders over 3kg.
Rest of The World
Rest of world - £35. This shipping price is subject to change especially for large orders, we will contact you before despatch if there is any change to the delivery cost. We will ship all international orders via a tracked courier service.
Import Duties and Taxes for International Delivery
There may also be additional import duties or customs charges levied in your country (with the exception of US orders as these will be calculated at checkout) – these can sometimes affect delivery times and overall costs. The courier will contact you directly for payment of these fees.
- Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
- If import taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
